As many of you know, Lausanne is a wonderful city and the Worldwide Olympic Capital. The 1st International Symposium on Kallikreins will take place at the International Conference Center of the International Olympic Committee located on the Geneva Lakeside.

We have put together the Olympic spirit and an impressive Scientific Program which addresses the major developments in the kallikrein field over the last decades. You are invited to submit your own abstracts for poster and short-talk presentations, in addition to the plenary lectures. We believe that this very first International Symposium on Kallikreins will contribute to the further advancement of this interesting area of investigation and to the discovery of novel applications of kallikreins in diagnostics and therapeutics.
