Conference Site
Plenary and short talk sessions will take place at the Auditorium of the P.M. Nomikos Conference Center in Fira, Santorini's capital, 7km away from the airport.
SOCIAL EVENTS:
Welcome Reception
It will be held on Tuesday October 16th, 2007 at 19.00 at Restaurant Zafora in Fira.
The welcome reception will be preceded by a free-visit at the Prehistory Museum in Fira, including a lecture on the archaeology of Santorini.
Gala Dinner
It will be held on Wednesday October 17th, 2007 at 20.30 at Pyrgos Taverna in Pyrgos village.
Coaches will depart from Santorini Palace Hotel at 18.30 onwards Pyrgos village for a short tour, a sunset view and wine tasting to the winery of the village.
Travel Awards
The ISK2007 Organizing Committee will offer 2 Travel Awards (500 euro each), sponsored by the Hellenic Anticancer Institute. Eligible applicants should be younger than 35 years old on October 2007 and will be selected from the Oral (one award) and the Poster (one award) presentations. Please indicate if you want to be considered for this award with your abstract submission.
